GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE REGULAR TOURS

Terms and Conditions are always important to be clear about to clients who are willing to trek with us. The Terms and Conditions contain the information regarding the procedures of Booking Confirmation, Payment & Refund System, Cancellation and Other Charges levied etc. All our clients are suggested to read and understand it carefully before declaration of booking for packages.

CHILDREN REDUCTION

Discount for child sharing parents’ room (maximum one child per room excluding taxes) :

1 - Regular Tours by Minivan or Motor coach :

- Under 02 years old: Free of charge
- From 02 to 06 years old: 20% reduction on the package
- From 07 to 12 years old: 10% reduction on the package

2 - Regular Tour by Toyota Land Cruiser :

- Under 02 years old: Free of charge
- From 02 to 12 years old: 10% reduction on the package

PRICES & PAYMENT

• Our rates are valid from November 1st, 2024 to October 31st, 2025 and calculated in US Dollars.
• All confirmed services for FIT and Groups booking should be paid to K.T.I Voyages by Swift Wire Bank Transfer or Credit Card through link of payment before the clients arrival to Morocco.
• Deducted bank fees, monetary or exchange fluctuations must be supported by the clients.
• Our rates, net and not commissionable, can be subject to change without any prior notice if economic conditions necessitate their readjustment Our agency disclaims any responsibility in case services which are subjected to a prepayment are not paid on time.
• Also, K.T.I Voyages cannot be held responsible in the event of flight delays, change of flights’ timetables or itineraries if these changes are due to unforeseen events or required by some imperious circumstances, especially the travellers’ safety.
• It is essential that we will be notified of any special medical physical or other requirement of guests at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations should be transmitted by fax or e-mail and the cancellation policy is :
- 15 days and more : No Fees
- 10 to 14 days : 30 USD per person
- 04 to 09 days : 10% of the tour package
- 01 to 03 days : 20% of the tour package
- No Show : 50% of the tour package.

LITIGATION

In case of any litigation, Moroccan Law and the court of Casablanca shall be applicable.
